Senior Automation and Controls Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation and Controls Engineer to join our dynamic team at Actemium Automation Nottingham.

About the Role

As a Senior Automation and Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, reviewing, testing, and commissioning control systems to ensure seamless integration and performance. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide technical supervision to system design, build, and installation personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and test control systems in accordance with agreed specifications, applicable standards, and legislative requirements.
  • Provide technical supervision of system design, build, and installation personnel.
  • Lead the commissioning of control systems at customers' premises.
Requirements
  • Engineering background: degree in Electrical or related field.
  • Strong understanding of technical project life cycle.
  • Good appreciation of industrial software controls systems.
