Engineering Manager Role

Future Engineering is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our maintenance department. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and safety within the department.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and safety within the department
  • Lead and manage a team of electrical and mechanical engineers
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of quality and productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination

  • Strong leadership and management skills
