About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Financial Controller - Maternity Cover. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our purchase ledger process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raise orders for stationery, capital expenditure and other ad hoc items requested
  • Ensure all invoices are coded to the correct general ledger, cost centre and department codes
  • Inform the Assistant Finance Manager or Finance Manager of invoices for any costs to be recharged to clients
  • Work closely with other staff to ensure the smooth running of the purchase ledger process
  • Respond to all requests for data from internal and external sources
Requirements
  • Proven ability to work alone and unsupervised
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Flexible approach to work and hours of work
  • Previous purchase ledger experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision
  • Intermediate MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Finance
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
