Sales and Customer Service Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Customer Service professional to join our team at Inc Recruitment Ltd.

This exciting role will involve representing our clients' brands, developing campaign knowledge, and gaining industry experience. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales results, working closely with our clients to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent our clients' brands and develop strong relationships with customers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of success
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic administration skills, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
