About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Account Management and Events Coordinator to join our team at Hirespace. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for coordinating events, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate events for high-profile client accounts, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services, driving revenue growth and improving client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate records and reports are maintained, tracking client interactions and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to implement effective sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in event coordination, account management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven client management.
