Senior Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join our team at our prestigious dealership in Reading, Berkshire.
About the Role:
- As a Senior Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care and attention.
- You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their queries and concerns, and providing solutions to meet their needs.
- With a strong focus on sales and revenue growth, you will identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to our customers.
- You will work closely with our technicians and workshop team to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standard and on time.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be working with customers, colleagues, and external partners on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction.
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Manage and prioritize work effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results.
- Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role is essential.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of automotive products and services is desirable.
