Key Responsibilities:
- Support young people in their daily lives, providing a safe and nurturing environment
- Assist with everyday needs and activities, promoting life skills and personal development
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure compliance with regulations and Ofsted standards
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (Children) or equivalent
- A driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Previous experience working with children and young people or applicable life experience
- Flexibility and a willingness to work a 6-week rolling rota
