We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Childcare Officer to join our team at The Talent Hub. As a Residential Childcare Officer, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our safe and nurturing homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support young people in their daily lives, providing a safe and nurturing environment
  • Assist with everyday needs and activities, promoting life skills and personal development
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure compliance with regulations and Ofsted standards

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (Children) or equivalent
  • A driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Previous experience working with children and young people or applicable life experience
  • Flexibility and a willingness to work a 6-week rolling rota
