About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at THE PIG. As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in leading and inspiring our junior chefs, while also overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of our kitchen sections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of junior chefs to deliver exceptional culinary standards
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu ideas and concepts
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of kitchen policies and procedures
  • Support the Head Chef in maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
