### Job Title: Chef de Partie

### Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team at THE PIG Hotels (Home Grown Hotels). As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing one of our kitchen sections, working closely with our chefs to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

### Key Responsibilities

* Oversee one of our kitchen sections, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation
* Collaborate with our chefs to develop new menu ideas and maintain our commitment to using local suppliers and homegrown produce
* Lead and inspire our apprentices, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills
* Work in a fast-paced and energetic kitchen environment, maintaining a positive and supportive team culture
