Estimated Salary:** £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate recruitment professional to be part of our global team and contribute to shaping the future of the function. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will work closely with business leaders to advise on and drive end-to-end recruitment for open roles in the UK, ROI, EMEA, and APAC regions.

You will use your expertise to implement creative solutions and strategies to source top-tier candidates directly, create pipelines and talent pools, and deliver an enhanced and branded experience for candidates. Additionally, you will produce and present reports and market insights to hiring managers, empowering them with valuable information to shape recruitment strategies and direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships and provide support, coordination, and guidance to HR business partners and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, develop pipelines and talent pools, and enhance candidate experiences.
  • Produce data-driven insights to inform recruitment decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver training on recruitment best practices, interview skills, and related systems.
  • Promote the brand and opportunities through various channels, manage the global career website, and foster a culture where every employee is a brand ambassador.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in recruitment, with success in filling corporate roles up to senior management level.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including working with c-level executives and senior leadership teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and experience with recruitment-related projects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a resilient and flexible attitude.
