Job Title: History Educator

Protocol Education is seeking a skilled History Educator to join our team in a secondary school setting. As a History Educator, you will be responsible for delivering engaging history lessons to students, assessing and evaluating student progress, and providing constructive feedback to support their learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver high-quality history lessons that cater to diverse learning styles
  • Evaluate student progress through assignments and exams, identifying areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and educational programs that meet the needs of students
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Degree in History or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of the history curriculum and its application in a secondary school setting
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate qualification in Education
  • Experience with exam board requirements and curriculum development
Working Conditions:

The role involves working in a dynamic secondary school environment, following the school term calendar. Some additional hours may be required for lesson planning and student assessments.
