As a Donor Provision Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our lifesaving work. Your primary responsibilities will include managing a caseload of UK donor G-CSF administration requests, arranging medication delivery, and coordinating nurse administration visits. You will also assist with processing new stem cell donation requests and cord blood unit shipment requests for patient transplant from UK hospitals and overseas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of UK donor G-CSF administration requests, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of medication.
- Coordinate nurse administration visits for donors, ensuring seamless communication and support throughout the process.
- Process new stem cell donation requests and cord blood unit shipment requests, working closely with international registries and transplant centers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to donors, transplant centers, and other stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a role requiring high levels of administration, customer service, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM databases, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
