About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Property Coordinator to join our team at Home Group Limited. As a Property Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our housing management services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a housing management caseload, overseeing landlord and housing management duties.
  • Re-let rooms or units, collect rents, and take formal tenancy action when necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues in other parts of the business and external partners to achieve shared goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service, engaging and involving customers in their tenancies.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance and maintenance standards are met.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of re-letting of rooms or units, collecting rents, and taking formal tenancy action when necessary.
