Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Superior Healthcare. As a Complex Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our client with their bedtime routine, including tracheostomy care and administering medication.
  • Monitor the client's condition and provide clinical intervention as needed.
  • Engage with the client in a fun and friendly manner, promoting their interests and hobbies.
  • Advocate for the client's best interests and work in accordance with Superior Healthcare's policies and procedures.
  • Provide personal care to the client with dignity and respect.

Requirements:

  • 6 months of professional care experience in the UK, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Previous experience working as a Support Worker, including experience with clients who have a fitted tracheostomy.
  • A full UK driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Confidence in working with children and the ability to make shifts fun and engaging.
