Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your annual salary, you'll also receive a service charge and opportunities for career progression within our growing restaurant group.

Job Description

As a Senior Kitchen Operations Manager, you will assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and hygiene. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with menu planning and food preparation
  • Supervising the kitchen team and maintaining smooth operation during service
  • Ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standard and delivered on time
  • Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene according to health and safety regulations
  • Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
  • Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene
  • Creativity and passion for cooking with fresh, high-quality ingredients
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team in a high-pressure environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 or higher preferred)
