Job Description:
We are seeking an ambitious Executive Culinary Specialist to help us create great-tasting menus that promote sustainability and support local suppliers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that delights our clients and customers. You'll get every opportunity to progress within a company that invests in its people, celebrates individuality, and rewards employees who go beyond the plate. Your shift pattern will be approximately 12 hours per week, with a flexible approach to working.

Main Responsibilities:
- Preparing delicious, high-quality food that meets our clients' expectations
- Overseeing and implementing menu changes to ensure a seasonal and sustainable offering
- Identifying opportunities to improve our food services and listening to customer feedback to consistently improve quality
- Supporting the creation of new menus and creative food concepts that showcase our commitment to sustainability
- Representing Compass UK & Ireland and maintaining a positive brand image through excellent customer service and culinary skills

Your Qualifications:
- A City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent qualification in culinary arts
- Experience supervising a team and leading kitchen operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
