Clinical Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at Trades 360 NW Limited. As a key member of our home care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a valid nursing license, proven experience as a Home Care Nurse, and excellent communication skills. A strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology is also essential.
As a Clinical Care Specialist with Trades 360 NW Limited, you can expect a competitive salary of £27.50 per hour, paid bi-weekly. You will also receive a company pension, referral programme, and the opportunity to work from home.
This full-time, permanent role involves working a variety of shifts, including 10, 12, and 8 hour shifts, Monday to Friday. The expected hours are 40 per week, with opportunities for overtime.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a home care setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and assess patient's condition, including vital signs and symptoms
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare techniques and disease management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
