Residential Property Solicitor Opportunity

Alford & Bishop Legal Recruitment is seeking a skilled Residential Property Solicitor to manage a busy caseload of residential property transactions in East Kent.

  • Maintain a high level of productivity while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to achieve desired outcomes.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in residential property law. A strong understanding of sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold matters, re-mortgaging, right to buy, and transfer of equity is required.
