Corporate Tax Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join our Surrey-based office. This is a full-time permanent position offering hybrid and flexible working options.
About the RoleThis mixed corporate tax role involves both advisory and compliance work. You will assist clients with a range of tax activities, including restructures, management buyouts, and capital allowance claims. You will also provide innovative tax planning for corporations and bespoke advisory work for company owners.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with tax activities, including restructures, management buyouts, and capital allowance claims
- Provide innovative tax planning for corporations and bespoke advisory work for company owners
- Review corporation tax computations prepared by the team
- Liaise with the compliance team and other divisions to identify potential tax planning projects
- Assist with the training of less experienced members of the team
- Lead potential new client meetings and input into service and product pricing
- Exposure to a broad range of clients across many industry sectors
- Partner-level mentor and a tailored career progression plan
- Immediate entry onto the bespoke Management Development Programme

- CTA, ACA, or ACCA qualified
