Nursery Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Nursery Manager to lead our client's growing childcare team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager or Deputy Manager looking to take the next step in their career with a well-established nursery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Ensuring the safety and well-being of children, and that staff understand and follow safeguarding procedures.
  2. Managing the day-to-day operations of the nursery to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
  3. Ensuring the safety and hygiene of equipment, and making repairs or replacements as necessary.
  4. Ensuring the nursery meets EYFS, Ofsted, and Local Authority requirements.
  5. Managing and delivering against Key Performance Indicators and aspects of nursery financial and operational management.

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Experience in a senior role within a childcare or nursery setting.
  2. Minimum NVQ level 3 in Childcare or equivalent.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to lead our client's nursery team.
