About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Methodist Homes. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in leading and inspiring a team of care assistants to provide exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of care assistants to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Support residents with personal care needs and help them participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records

Requirements:
