Dementia Care Assistant

We are Rota Support LTD, a leading provider of permanent and temporary healthcare staff to private care homes and hospitals. Our team is comprised of dedicated professionals who share a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
\We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Healthcare Assistant to join our team in Lowestoft. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of shifts, including ad-hoc shifts that can accumulate into full-time or part-time hours.
\Your primary responsibilities will include assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting. You will also be required to utilise equipment to move patients safely and efficiently, as well as supporting nurses and other staff members when needed.

Requirements:
\A minimum of 4 months' experience in a care home setting is preferred. You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
\Estimated Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum based on experience.
