Deputy Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Brook Street Social Care. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the children's home.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the staff team, promoting a positive and nurturing environment for both staff and residents.
- Oversee the implementation and review of care plans, ensuring they are tailored to the individual needs of each child.
- Act as a role model for staff, promoting best practices in childcare and safeguarding.
- Manage the home in the absence of the Registered Manager, ensuring continuity of care and support for the children.
- Liaise with external agencies, professionals, and families to promote the welfare and development of the children.
- A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People's Workforce (CYP) or equivalent.
- Experience working in a children's home as a Senior or Deputy Manager.
