Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Contract Management Specialist to join our team at ThriveSW Limited. As a Mechanical Contract Manager, you will play a critical role in managing regional contracts related to Mechanical Engineering, Commercial Gas, and HVAC systems.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all maintenance and service work is carried out efficiently and effectively across various buildings, including offices and other commercial properties. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality services and meet customer expectations.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of industry best practices, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate regional contracts for ThriveSW Limited
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Oversee maintenance and service work on Mechanical Engineering, Commercial Gas, and HVAC systems
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the facilities management sector
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical Engineering, Commercial Gas, and HVAC systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Salary:
£70,000 - £90,000 per annum
