Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful HR Administrator to join our rapidly growing team at Nissan Dealers. As an integral part of our HR team, you will provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Manager and team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties.
  • Compile and update employee personnel records (hard and soft copies).
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, disciplinaries, etc).
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc).
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Produce documented minutes for all necessary meetings conducted.
  • Provide support through tasks such as data entry, printing.
Performance Goals
  • Ensure the company's processes comply with employment law.
  • Maintain integrity and confidentiality.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Department.
  • Maintain confidentiality of human resource personnel files and records.
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Assist HR Manager and Team with relevant tasks as and when required.
