About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 4 teacher to join our team at a superb primary school in Hackney. As a Year 4 teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our pupils, promoting academic excellence, and fostering a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality teaching and learning experiences for Year 4 pupils, focusing on their individual needs and abilities.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, incorporating the Key Stage 2 curriculum, to promote academic achievement and personal growth.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture, promoting teamwork and collaboration among staff and pupils.
  • Monitor and track pupil progress, providing regular feedback and reporting to parents as necessary.
