We are seeking a talented Personal Injury Solicitor to join our Plymouth office, working alongside our experienced Serious Injury team. As a key member of our team, you will handle new and existing claims, including litigated matters, and work closely with Barristers, medical experts, and other professionals to assist with each claim.

The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years PQE within Personal Injury law and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. You will be confident in your ability to manage your own time effectively and have a keen eye for detail.

As a Personal Injury Solicitor with Horwich Cohen Coghlan Limited, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile cases and develop your career in a positive, friendly, supportive, and dynamic working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling new and existing claims, including litigated matters
  • Working alongside the existing Serious Injury team
  • Travelling to meet clients and potential witnesses face-to-face
  • Liaising with Barristers, medical experts, and other professionals
  • Valuing claims and dealing with settlement negotiations

Requirements:

  • 0-3 years PQE within Personal Injury law
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Confidence in managing your own time effectively
  • Keen eye for detail
