Key Responsibilities

As a Personal Injury Solicitor, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling new and existing claims, including litigated matters
  • Assisting senior lawyers on their caseload and developing your technical expertise
  • Travelling to meet clients and potential witnesses face-to-face
  • Attending Court hearings and Inquests
  • Liaising with Barristers, medical experts, and other professionals to assist with each claim
  • Preparing and drafting documents, briefs, instructions, and schedules
  • Valuing claims and dealing with settlement negotiations

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor with:

  • Previous experience in personal injury work, ideally with exposure to litigated multi-track work
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a close-knit team
