Job Title: Senior Consultant (Healthcare)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our Real Estate Consulting team in Glasgow. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-value, independent advice to our clients, helping them to identify and test the feasibility of real estate investment opportunities.

Your primary responsibility will be to work with health and social care clients nationally to develop and implement effective real estate strategies, ensuring that their estate portfolios are aligned with their business goals and organisational objectives.

You will have a strong background in planning and developing healthcare estate and infrastructure projects, with experience in supporting the development of healthcare estate strategies and authoring business cases using the HM Treasury 5 case model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement real estate strategies for health and social care clients
  • Work with clients to identify and test the feasibility of real estate investment opportunities
  • Support the development of healthcare estate strategies and business cases
  • Provide high-value, independent advice to clients
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver projects and achieve business objectives

Requirements:

Relevant real estate industry qualification or experienceExperience in a client-side and consultancy environmentExceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligenceFinancial literacy and commercial understandingAbility to understand and combine commercial, strategic, and operational perspectivesProgramme management, project management, capital projects, and contract management skillsCompetence in handling data sets and analysing/presenting data to evidence proposed solutionsFlexibility to travel and work in new sectors or environments
