About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Consultant to join our Real Estate Consulting (REC) team in Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will work with health and social care clients nationally to identify and test the feasibility of real estate investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement healthcare estate strategies, including the authoring of business cases using the HM Treasury 5 case model.
  • Support the development of healthcare estate projects and programmes, including project initiation and full business case development.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on real estate investment opportunities.
  • Conduct data analysis and present findings to stakeholders to inform decision-making.
  • Work closely with the REC team to deliver high-quality projects and meet client expectations.
Requirements
  • Relevant real estate industry qualification or experience.
  • Experience in a client-side and consultancy environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Financial literacy and commercial understanding.
  • Ability to understand and combine commercial, strategic, and operational perspectives.
  • Project management skills, including programme management, project management, capital projects, and contract management.
  • Competence in handling data sets and presenting data to evidence proposed solutions.
