Senior Equipment Technician

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) Technician to join our team at Amazon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and maintenance, with experience working in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving the reliability of our equipment, as well as identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Conduct condition-based monitoring and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Supervise technicians on shift to support their development and act as the first point of contact for RME Engineers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A full engineering indentured apprenticeship and/or qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant engineering subject.
- Relevant experience working in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
- Basic proficiency in English.
