About the Role


In this rewarding position as a Care Assistant at HC-One, you'll be part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our residents. Your primary focus will be on supporting residents with their physical and emotional well-being, ensuring their dignity and individuality are respected at all times.


Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you'll take responsibility for assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and assisting with meals. Your dedication and compassion will make a tangible difference in the lives of our residents.


Key Responsibilities



  • Support residents with personal care activities
  • Assist with meal times and ensure residents' dietary needs are met
  • Engage residents in general activities and encourage social participation
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents' needs are met
