About the Role

The Asset Information Handover Lead will be responsible for leading the integration, verification, and management of new and existing asset data within MAG. This includes data from various sources, such as Maximo, spatial and non-spatial data, and asset documentation. The successful candidate will ensure that asset records are accurate, complete, and consistent, and that they comply with MAG's asset data strategy and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the integration of new and existing asset data within MAG
  • Verify and manage asset data from various sources, including Maximo, spatial and non-spatial data, and asset documentation
  • Ensure asset records are accurate, complete, and consistent
  • Manage the steps of asset handover, registration, tagging, and decommissioning
  • Make asset information available to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Experience working with Maximo
  • Document management and asset commissioning skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft office tools for data analysis
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Knowledge of airport assets, project and resource management skills, and ability to work independently or collaboratively as needed
