About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Asset Information Handover Lead to join our team at Manchester Airport. As a key member of our asset management team, you will be responsible for leading the integration, verification, and management of new and existing asset data within MAG.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the integration of asset data from various sources, including Maximo, spatial and non-spatial data, and asset documentation.
  • Ensure asset records are accurate, complete, and consistent, and comply with MAG's asset data strategy and standards.
  • Manage the steps of asset handover, registration, tagging, and decommissioning.
  • Make asset information available to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have experience working with Maximo, document management, and asset commissioning skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft office tools for data analysis and a keen eye for detail are also essential.

Additionally, knowledge of airport assets, project and resource management skills, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively as needed would be advantageous.
