Exciting Opportunity for a Sales Negotiator

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join our team at Chalfont Careers Ltd in St. Albans. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, arranging viewings, and negotiating sales.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Arrange viewings and conduct property tours
  • Negotiate sales and ensure a smooth transaction process
  • Enter viewing information into our system and maintain accurate records
  • Deliver marketing materials and promote our services
  • Book valuations and conduct property appraisals
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is desirable
