Job Opportunity: Sales Negotiator/Trainee Negotiator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Negotiator/Trainee Negotiator to join our team at Chalfont Careers Ltd in St. Albans. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for negotiating sales and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Answering telephone calls, arranging appointments, and taking clear messages.
  • Lead Generation: Registering new applicants and entering viewings onto the system.
  • Marketing Support: Delivering leaflets and booking valuations.
  • Viewing Conduct: Conducting viewings and providing feedback to clients.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Great communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Initiative and Proactivity: Be able to work on your own initiative and be proactive in achieving sales targets.
  • IT Skills: Strong IT skills and ability to prioritize workload.
  • Administration Experience: Experience in administration and customer service.
  • Driving License: Hold a full clean driving license and have your own car.
