Job Title: SAP Ariba Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Ariba Consultant to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our Managed Services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional services to our clients, leveraging your expertise in SAP Ariba solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line advisory and consultative support to our UK customer base for NTT Data BS.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions using SAP Ariba capabilities, working closely with customers and Service Delivery Managers.
  • Act as a design authority for SAP Ariba solutions, ensuring quality and integrity aligned with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end business solutions, leveraging your expertise in procurement strategy and SAP Ariba solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and developments, sharing your knowledge to drive business growth and improve processes.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience working in a SAP Ariba consulting environment, preferably with a value-added reseller or software house.
  • Strong understanding of procurement strategy, SAP Ariba solutions, and the SAP Ariba product roadmap.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, Service Delivery Managers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience in a combined customer service handling and functional support role, with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions and services.
