Job Title: SAP Ariba Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Ariba Consultant to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our Managed Services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert-level support for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line advisory and consultative support to our UK customer base for NTT Data BS
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to meet customer needs, working closely with the Functional and Development Consultants
  • Analyze and configure SAP Ariba solutions to optimize business processes and improve efficiency
  • Test and document new solutions to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption to customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of solutions and services
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience working in a SAP Ariba consulting environment
  • Strong understanding of SAP Ariba solutions and their application in procurement and supply chain management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in SAP Ariba configuration and implementation
