Lead Veterinary Surgeon Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join our team. As a pivotal role, you will work closely with our Practice Owners and clinical team to deliver high-quality veterinary care to patients and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Practice Owners and clinical team to deliver high-quality veterinary care
  • Mentor junior vets to help them fulfill their potential within the practice
  • Utilize experience with complex surgical and medical cases to support and guide junior team members
  • Share innovative ideas with practice partners to enhance performance and care standards
  • Collaborate with Practice Owners and Manager to drive the practice forward

We believe in fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment. You will have the autonomy to lead, innovate, and mentor, while being part of a close-knit team dedicated to delivering the highest standards of veterinary care.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum, with twice annual reviews
  • No Out of Hours (OOH): Focus on your work-life balance with no OOH requirements or Sundays
  • Professional Development: Further study towards veterinary management courses or clinical qualifications will be funded and encouraged
