About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Veterinary Surgeon to lead our clinical team and shape the future of our practice. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Practice Owners and be supported by our skilled Practice Manager and clinical team to deliver high-quality veterinary care to patients and our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the clinical team and provide guidance and support to junior vets
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to enhance patient care and outcomes
  • Collaborate with the Practice Owners and Manager to drive the practice forward
  • Share innovative ideas to enhance performance and care standards
  • Mentor and develop junior vets to fulfill their potential within the practice
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: up to £80,000 per annum, with twice annual reviews
  • Welcome bonus up to £5000 for direct applicants only
  • No Out of Hours (OOH) requirements or Sundays
