Job Overview:
  • Safety First: Our company prioritizes the well-being of our employees and customers. As a Safety and Compliance Lead, you will be responsible for managing ISO 9001:2015 and AS 9100 Revision D standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: You will lead the quality control team to ensure EH&S regulations compliance, oversee quality processes across manufacturing, and train staff to meet quality standards.
  • Audit Management: Conduct internal and external audits to guarantee ISO compliance, report quality metrics to senior management, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Process Optimisation: Collaborate with technical, production, and commercial teams to enhance processes and ensure all products meet customer specifications.

Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in quality and health & safety management, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of Standards: Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS 9100 standards.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills to drive continuous improvement.
  • Qualifications: NEBOSH or IOSH qualification is desirable.
