Personal Tax Compliance Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Tax Compliance Specialist to join our client's Personal Tax team in a senior role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, overseeing the work of junior team members, and contributing to tax advisory work relevant to their skill level.

The ideal candidate will have CTA/ACA/ACCA/ATT qualification, minimum 2 years PQE, and previous experience managing personal tax clients within a firm of Chartered Accountants. They will also possess strong communication skills, IT proficiency, and demonstrated supervisory, organizational, and client-focused abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client portfolios and maximize revenue by ensuring their needs are met.
  • Oversee the production and review of personal tax returns for both own portfolio and junior members.
  • Participate in tax advisory work relevant to skill level and contribute to the development of ad hoc projects and research.
  • Maintain up-to-date tax technical knowledge through continuous professional development.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience and qualification status, plus benefits including genuine Work-Life Balance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) plus optional additional days, Enhanced Succession Planning Program, and Car Lease Scheme.
