Job Description
  • Assist teachers in planning, delivering, and assessing lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs, using de-escalation techniques and empathy to promote social-emotional growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies that improve student attainment and progress.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in education or a related field.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with students with varying needs, including those with autism spectrum disorders and learning difficulties.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
