We are seeking an experienced and empathetic SEN Teaching Professional to join our team at Academics Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with adults with complex needs and severe autism, and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing life skills and promoting independence in adults with complex needs and severe autism
  • Liaising with supervisors to identify and work towards targets
  • Providing personal care and support
  • Collecting and analysing data to monitor progress and adapt learning programmes as necessary
  • Using a calm approach to conflict resolution and behaviour management
