About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team at HCLTech. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP HCM modules, including Payroll, Time Management, Organizational Management, and Personnel Administration.

The ideal candidate will lead and manage SAP HCM projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. They will also provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP HCM systems, including resolving incidents and issues.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.

**Responsibilities:**

  • SAP HCM Functional Expertise:
    • Provide in-depth knowledge of SAP HCM modules, including configuration, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
    • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP HCM solutions.
    • Design, develop, and implement complex SAP HCM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Configure and customize SAP HCM modules to meet specific business needs, including workflows, forms, and reports.
    • Conduct system testing and quality assurance activities to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
  • Project Management:
    • Lead and manage SAP HCM projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
    • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, taking proactive measures to mitigate them.
  • Support and Maintenance:
    • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP HCM systems, including resolving incidents and issues.
    • Conduct regular system health checks and performance tuning to optimize system performance.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP HCM releases and trends, and implement necessary upgrades and enhancements.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM modules, including Payroll, Time Management, Organizational Management, and Personnel Administration.
  • Deep understanding of SAP HCM configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Certification in SAP HCM modules is preferred.

**Compensation:** The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
