As a Bar Manager, you will be the driving force behind the bar, catering, and retail operations, leading a dynamic team to deliver exceptional service and customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Inspire, train, and manage a motivated bar team to deliver exceptional service, creating a supportive and performance-driven environment.
- Strategic Management: Work closely with the Associate Director of Commercial Services and Food & Beverage Manager to monitor budgets, drive sales, and develop business opportunities, leveraging your insight and strategic thinking to achieve financial and operational targets.
- Event Mastery: Manage every detail to perfection, from intimate gatherings to grand events, ensuring every event is unforgettable and exceeding customer expectations.
- Customer Experience: Elevate the customer journey, creating memorable experiences that keep clients coming back, and leveraging your passion for drinks production, particularly in wine and gin, to set the venue apart.
- Innovation: Develop a social media strategy to promote the business, attract new customers, and keep the venue's unique offerings in the spotlight.
Requirements:
- A seasoned Bar Manager with experience across diverse venues.
