About the Role

The Night Cook/Baker will play a key role in delivering a high-quality catering service while adhering to health and safety guidelines. This skilled position requires the Night Cook/Baker to prepare and cook meals daily to meet the needs of our clients and customers. The ideal candidate will have the ability to prepare short-order breakfast and grill items.

Requirements

  • BOSIET (HUET) certification
  • Catering qualification and/or time-served experience
  • Food Hygiene certification (preferably up-to-date)
  • STCW certification

Candidates must provide details of relevant certification, including expiry dates. Only candidates with up-to-date certification will be considered for this position.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be approachable, friendly, and helpful to colleagues and customers at all times. A proven track record in catering/hospitality is essential.
