Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Representative to join our team at Meridian Business Support Limited. As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our key customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to our key customers, building strong relationships and driving customer loyalty.
- Manage a live portfolio of current customers, proactively targeting and developing new customers into profitable accounts.
- Understand individual client requirements, build rapport, and grow your client portfolio.
- Support the wider branch team, serving on the Trade Counter and picking and packing products in our warehouse to ensure customers' orders are completed on time.
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a highly competitive or target-driven customer-focused role (B2B, B2C, retail/hospitality).
- Electrical product knowledge is advantageous.
- A flexible approach and an ability to work under pressure.
- An ability to recognize sales opportunities.
What We Offer:

- Contracted to 40 hours per week.
- Monday to Friday shifts between 07:00 and 17:00.
