Machine Tooling Sales Professional

Job Title: Product Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth within the machine tooling market.
- Negotiate variation prices to increase sales and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the machine tooling sector.
- Attend sales meetings to discuss product offerings and customer needs.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the product line and its applications.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to clients, showcasing our machine tooling solutions' value and benefits.
- Monitor sales metrics and provide regular performance reports to senior management, using data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Sales Manager or similar role in machine tooling or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of machine tooling products and manufacturing processes is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and nurturing relationships.
- Results-driven mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and MS Office Suite.
- A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
