About the Job

We're seeking a highly skilled Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our restaurant. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent leadership and support to your colleagues, ensuring that our high standards are maintained at all times.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, promoting a positive and inclusive team culture
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive operational excellence

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also have experience in a supervisory or management position, preferably within the hospitality industry. A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices is essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. You'll also receive a range of benefits, including free meals on shift, up to 50% discount at all our brands, and access to a great discount platform. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and career through our superb training and development programs. Flexible hours are available, with opportunities to work airport shifts. £26,500 estimated annual salary based on location.
